AARON LEVINE: CREATING A SPIRITUAL SPACE
November 21, 2025 at 7 PM in the Kol Shalom Sanctuary
Our Kol Shalom sanctuary is defined by the hand-designed, hand-crafted artwork of one person: Aaron Levine, a member of the congregation for many years. The mood, and meaning of each piece fits together into a whole...creating a spiritual mood unique to our sanctuary.
The Aron Kodesh (Ark) was the first commissioned piece, with the Bimah and two lecterns later donated by Aaron, a well-known, juried wood artist known throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Aaron will take us on a tour of his art, revealing the inspiration, artistic process, materials selection, and other details of each piece. Hearing his presentation is prayer itself.
